Job Description:
What will you do?
The Corporate IT team is looking for an experienced AWS Glue, Python/Pyspark developer who will bring expertise in development, maintenance, and implementation of solutions for the corporate finance area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for development, integration, Operation and project delivery focusing on our financial data processing and dependent systems.
Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

Understand the project scope, identify activities/ tasks, task level estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks and provide inputs to Program Lead for review.

Perform analysis, design and development phases to develop a robust ETL solutions which can best meet the business requirements for investments applications.

Prepare/Modify design documents (High level design and Detailed design documents) based on business requirements.

Performance Tuning/automation and process improvement.

Follow development standards to ensure that code is clear, efficient, logical and easily maintainable.

Strong analytical ability to understand user requirements.
-
Very Good Communication Skill and should be able to work with a large team in Onsite – Offshore model.
Key Qualifications and experience:
-
A degree in Computer Science, related technology degree, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience

5+ years of experience on AWS Glue/python/Pyspark

Strong knowledge of AWS Glue/python, relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and PLSQL.

Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge on AWS – Glue/python/pyspark.

Hands-on experience in data modelling.

Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience in GIT code versioning tools.
-
Strong knowledge of relational database (Oracle/PostgreSQL).

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

Schedule: 12:00-8:30 PM IST or 1:30-10 PM IST on need basis
