Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.
We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Advisor to join our sourcing and procurement function, supporting the firm in delivering high‑quality, value‑driven outcomes across the HR category.
Working closely with HR stakeholders, finance colleagues and suppliers, you’ll provide end‑to‑end sourcing support across a broad range of HR services. This will include shaping sourcing strategies, leading competitive sourcing activities and supporting contract management, all while ensuring strong governance, commercial rigour and alignment to the firm’s wider objectives.
This is a collaborative and advisory role, balancing operational delivery with the opportunity to influence and improve how HR sourcing is approached across the business. You’ll contribute market insight, manage supplier relationships, and help embed best practice in sourcing, risk management and ESG considerations.
Key elements of the role include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of sourcing strategies across the HR procurement category, as well as providing support to other categories when needed
- Running sourcing and tender processes, including RFPs and supplier evaluations
- Partnering with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge constructively where needed
- Supporting supplier selection, contract negotiations and ongoing contract management
- Delivering cost, value and risk outcomes in line with firmwide sourcing policies
- Contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools and governance
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in HR category sourcing or procurement is essential for this role. We’re seeking someone who can bring immediate expertise and credibility within HR spend areas.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience in sourcing or procurement, with a clear focus on HR categories (e.g. people services, HR consulting, talent-related services, learning, reward or wellbeing suppliers)
- A solid understanding of commercial sourcing principles, including supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract management
- The ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, advising on sourcing options and commercial risk
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and sound judgement
- A proactive, collaborative approach, comfortable operating in a complex, global organisation
You’ll also bring a professional, flexible mindset and a commitment to working in an inclusive, values‑driven environment, where collaboration and continuous improvement are central to success.
