Craft the future of UK Government with Adobe

Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology? Are you a personable, curious, and driven professional who knows how to connect with people, encourage trust, and deliver impactful solutions? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We are seeking an inspiring individual to join our UK Public Sector Pre-Sales team. You will demonstrate how Adobe's Digital Experience suite of products can help shape the digital future of Central Government organisations and making a difference to every UK citizen.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Encourage and Educate: Be a trusted advisor to your customers, guiding them to unlock the full potential of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to power their digital strategies.
  • Own the Conversation: Deliver impactful product demonstrations, use case development, and workshops that relate with decision-makers at every level—from marketing to IT to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate and Win: Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to find opportunities, develop proposals, and close business. Your voice will help craft our go-to-market approach in Public Sector.
  • Drive Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, applying your expertise to build outstanding solutions and content that address the distinctive challenges across Government organisations.
  • Lead the Room: Use your passion, energy, and storytelling skills to engage audiences and leave lasting impressions.

What We’re Looking For

To be a success in this role, we're on the lookout for someone who has:

  • Unwavering Drive: You’re a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, a "go-getter" who can navigate complex hierarchies and unlock new opportunities.
  • Vision and Creativity: You can translate customer challenges into innovative solutions, bringing ideas to life through compelling demos and narratives.
  • You have a great understanding of digital technologies such as content management, analytics, personalisation, and marketing automation, and how they drive transformation.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with diverse audiences, simplifying the complex, and building positive relationships.
  • Public Sector Passion (preferred, not crucial): Although having experience in the Public Sector is advantageous, what is most important is your capability to engage with individuals, provide value, and encourage confidence.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • A passion for digital marketing, emerging trends, and the role of technology in inspiring change.
  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing environments, ideally with expertise in platforms like analytics, CDPs, personalisation, or CRM.
  • A talent for storytelling—crafting end-to-end customer journeys that demonstrate the power of Adobe solutions.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • A dedication to diversity, inclusion, and encouraging collaborative team environments where everyone can thrive.

Why Join Adobe?

At Adobe, we invest in our people, offering a supportive environment where you can thrive. You’ll benefit from career development programs, professional development reimbursement, and mentorship to help you grow. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion ensures a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can excel.

We prioritise work-life balance with initiatives like Global Wellbeing Days, a wellbeing reimbursement program, and a complementary subscription to Headspace. For families, we provide 26-weeks of paid birthing parental leave, 16-weeks of paid parental leave, fertility and menopause support services, and childcare resources.

Adobe also offers robust financial and healthcare benefits, including a 7% employer-contributed pension plan, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), company-paid medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as vision reimbursement. Plus, employees enjoy exclusive discounts on Adobe software.

Join us, and help us build the future of digital experiences—for our customers, for their customers, and for the public good.

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
