The Role

- Lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise DXP, and digital ecosystem initiatives.

- Engage directly with clients, translating business challenges into scalable, practical solutions.

- Provide pre-sales support, shaping proposals and influencing strategic decisions.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure architectural best practices and successful implementation.

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.

- Balance technical excellence with real-world pragmatism, ensuring solutions are innovative yet achievable.

Who you are

- Extensive hands-on technical development experience, with a proven track record before transitioning into architecture.

- A passion for problem-solving, focused on balancing technical constraints with business objectives in a practical, results-driven way.

- Extensive expertise in web technologies, including websites, portals, intranets, and digital platforms.

- A strong understanding of designing, developing, and optimising various digital platforms to meet business requirements.

- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

- Experience in pre-sales, technical solutioning, and enterprise technology strategy.

- Strong experience with DXP, and or MarTech would be nice with exposure to as many of the following related technologies;

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Acquia/Drupal, Optimizely (Episerver), Contentful.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Bynder, Adobe Experience Cloud, Aprimo, Widen.
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP, Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot.
  • Commerce & Personalisation: Magento, Shopify Plus, Commercetools, Dynamic Yield.
