As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor, presenting and demonstrating the power of Warehouse Advantage to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics, and supply chain processes, using this expertise to engage with customers, identify their unique business needs, and design customized solutions that drive sales success. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team, offering critical technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, ensuring that clients fully recognize the value and capabilities of Warehouse Advantage solutions.

What a day in life of looks like:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal teams, understanding business needs.

  • Collaborate with sales to gather requirements, conduct discovery calls, and create discovery documents.

  • Demonstrate solution functionality and differentiate Infios’s role in the supply chain.

  • Address technical and functional questions from prospects, sales, and other stakeholders.

  • Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions and configure demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with hardware partners and professional services teams for solution design and implementation.

This is a remote based role within United Kingdom. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in WMS implementation, presales, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL coding is an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Sales, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain processes.

  • Familiarity with Infios’s solutions (WMS, WCS, Voice, AMR, OMS, TMS etc.).

  • Experience with RF and Voice solutions.

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.
