Position Overview: The Sr Solutions Advisor at Blue Yonder is a pivotal role focused on driving the success of our supply chain solutions through expert guidance and strategic advisory services. This position requires deep understanding of supply chain technologies, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to shape the strategic direction of solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary advisor to clients, providing deep functional and technical guidance for Blue Yonder's supply chain solutions.
• Understand customers' business challenges and objectives to tailor solutions that deliver significant value.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Contribute to the functional design of new features and enhancements within Blue Yonder's product suite.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into solution offerings.

Technical Environment:

• Extensive experience with digital supply chain management solutions, including planning, execution, and omni-channel commerce.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their impact on supply chain solutions.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or a similar role within the software industry.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of supply chain software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
