✅ A passion for clean, maintainable and well-tested code

✅ Experience working in Agile product development environments

✅ Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design

✅ Experience with CI/CD, source control and modern development practices

✅ Confidence leading technical discussions and mentoring others

✅ Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

  • SaaS or multi-tenant platform experience

  • Authentication and authorisation technologies

  • Experience within healthcare, care or highly regulated environments

Why Join PCS?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business where engineering plays a central role in shaping products used by thousands of people every day.

You'll be trusted to make an impact, encouraged to contribute ideas and given the opportunity to work on meaningful technology that genuinely improves lives.
