You’ll have wide open problems to solve, so you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, figuring out an approach and validating it fast. You’ll work closely with engineers and non-technical staff around the business to figure out what really brings value. You’ll work closely with ML engineers to bring AI-powered solutions to production, integrating with our platform and tools that we use, and taking the lead on design decisions.
We're looking for someone with a general interest in technology and problem-solving; someone diligent and thoughtful.
What you'll do
- Delivering impactful solutions to complex, high-priority problems, ensuring product reliability and scalability
- Mentoring and supporting team growth through guidance, feedback, and sponsorship of initiatives
- Quickly resolving critical issues and implementing lasting solutions to improve processes
- Providing strategic and technical insights to drive better outcomes and align efforts with business goals
- Linking technical work to business impact, fostering alignment and stakeholder buy-in
What you'll need
- Python, Django (or equiv. web framework), Domain modelling, HTTP and REST APIs
- Writing robust and fault-tolerant software
- Celery and async processing, Postgres, GraphQL.
- Experience with LLMs - using LLMs to build AI powered features.
- To learn fast and be enthusiastic about learning new technologies
