About the position
We're looking for a web3-native Senior Software Engineer who wants to work in a fast-paced start-up and is motivated at the prospect of building something new from the ground up, and gets engaged at an early stage of projects.
This position is focused on building blazing-fast agents and SDKs for a cross-chain DEX utilizing multi-party computation, chain signatures, secure enclaves and intent-based architecture. Our goal is to bridge the gaps between EVM and non-EVM chains so a deep understanding of a wide range of blockchain technologies is required.
You will work closely with the Protocol team and external partners to provide the best possible user and developer experience. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Your responsibilities will include
- Creating autonomous agents performing precise financial operations.
- Optimizing every millisecond of user agent interactions.
- Implementing deep tracing and observability of data flows.
- Creating the best SDK and reference implementations for external agents to use.
- Designing, testing and implementing the most resilient state machines for managing RFQs.
About you
You are a senior engineer who thrives on solving complex problems with elegant solutions. You have a strong technical background in systems development and optimization, coupled with a deep interest in blockchain technology. You are resourceful, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications
- Deep expertise in building resilient services in Typescript.
- Successful track-record and proven experience as a backend developer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desired skills
- Proven experience in backend development, particularly for high-performance or distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and computational optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in a systems-level programming language such as Rust or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and debugging.
