What you will do:
Design and evolve scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails to support complex clinical data and asynchronous messaging systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and product managers to shape product outcomes and proactively solve ambiguous technical challenges.
Implement modular, well-tested code across the stack while exploring AI-assisted development workflows to increase team velocity and impact.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 5+ years of commercial software experience with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and designing production-grade backend systems.
Demonstrates a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into modular, maintainable code using RSpec or Jest.
