Senior Software Engineer (path to Engineering manager)

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll have a significant impact on shaping the technical direction of our pricing platform and service offerings. You’ll stay deeply involved in technical problem-solving and architectural decisions while leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both hands-on coding and technical leadership, ensuring we deliver innovative, data-driven solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Technical Strategy and Product Evolution

Define the technical strategy and oversee the evolution of our pricing platform and service offering to our guests to ensure tailored pricing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Dispatching, Marketplace, Consumer Product and Data to ensure our systems align with business goals and customer needs.
Delivery and Operational Excellence

Guide the team in setting and achieving clear goals, ensuring high-quality feature development and system reliability.

Implement efficient workflows and agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Make decisive and informed decisions, balancing quality, timelines, and business requirements.
Leadership and Team Development

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team, guiding them to solve problems proactively and collaboratively.

Proven track record as senior software engineer with background in backend engineering.
