About the Team
Client Engineering bridges global product capabilities with territory-specific client needs. We own implementation, support, acceleration and invention work that is delivered at pace while protecting long-term platform integrity. The team partners deeply with Product and Market Engineering, absorbing client-driven complexity and building scalable regional solutions. With expansion into new territories underway, we’re hiring a senior engineer to shape architecture and elevate delivery standards across the London team.
What you'll need
- Strong professional experience in Python
- Deep experience with Django (or similar Python frameworks)
- Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs
- Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems
- Experience influencing or leading technical architecture decisions
- Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
What you'll do
- Lead architectural design across implementation, acceleration and invention initiatives
- Build scalable Python/Django services and APIs
- Design MVP solutions that can evolve into core platform capabilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
- Mentor mid-level engineers and elevate engineering standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and other engineering teams
