We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and play a key role in driving the adoption of SRE best practices across our organization. You'll work on mission-critical challenges, including observability, SLOs, and network architectures, while empowering product teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable systems.
Your Challenge
- Lead transformation projects to improve system reliability and observability.
- Mentor junior engineers and introduce best practices for SLOs, reliability, and observability.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems to improve service performance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews to ensure system robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate reliability best practices into the development lifecycle
About You
- Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in system architecture and design, including understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and networking fundamentals, with a focus on building resilient and scalable architectures.
- Confident decision-making skills with the ability to articulate and advocate for your technical choices effectively
- Passion for mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices across teams.
