The role:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) / IRM (Integrated Risk Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the GRC/IRM module. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a collaborative environment.


What you’ll do: 

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Configure and customize the GRC/IRM module, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop, configure, and support workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications in ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
  • Ensure that ServiceNow configurations adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks for ServiceNow
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed
  • Administering user roles, access controls, and security within the GRC module
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to ensure full alignment
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and operational needs


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a focus on the GRC/IRM module 
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM workflows, policy management, risk management, and compliance tracking
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server, web services)
  • Experience with all the ServiceNow modules
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboard creation, and data analytics
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow GRC/IRM Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL V4 Certification

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
