Botify thrives on the success of our customers. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior SEO Success Manager (SSM) to engage and enable Botify’s customers to deploy and fully utilise the Botify Platform to achieve their business outcomes. As an SSM, you will contribute to the ultimate success of the Botify customers’ onboarding experience, taking responsibility for the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution. Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using Botify’s insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO for enterprise e-commerce websites, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Onboarding: Work closely with customers to understand their specific SEO strategy and build a success plan that meets their needs and objectives leveraging the Botify platform.
  • Training: Identify customer’s core use cases and deliver customised training across various levels and functions in our customers’ organisations.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure crawl and render settings, create custom reports, and co-develop business logic to meet customer specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful implementations. Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Platform Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers' technical inquiries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, working closely with our technical support team when necessary.
  • Best Practices: Provide strategic guidance to customers on how to maximise the value of Botify products with consideration to technical SEO best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer configurations, customisations, and project details. Create user guides and training materials as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and search engine technology. Share knowledge with the team to enhance our collective expertise.
  • Voice of Customer: Provide feedback to our product team including feature requests and suggested product enhancements.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as an in-house SEO for a large website or at an agency, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEO.
  • A strong understanding of search engines' crawling behaviour and impact on traffic and revenue.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the common tools of SEO, Google and Bing Search Console, Web Analytics, Botify Analytics a plus.
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Some background in project management, preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you can work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Being comfortable with technical concepts and adept at learning new technology applications.
