We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist fluent in Spanish to lead SEO efforts across our Spanish-speaking markets. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies for Betway Spain, Betway Mexico, Jackpot City Mexico, and other Spanish-language territories.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with deep SEO expertise and a passion for iGaming.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Manage SEO performance across multiple brands and territories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external SEO agencies to drive organic growth.
  • Create and maintain SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and on-page improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
  • Report on SEO performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and algorithm updates relevant to Spanish markets.
  • Coordinate with content, development, & translation teams to ensure best practices.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming SEO and traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, digital media, or related fields.
  • Project management and team leadership experience.
  • Experience training or mentoring SEO professionals.
