Overview:

The International Web & SEO team is seeking aN SEO Manager for Adobe’s Enterprise business. Join our team passionate about improving business.adobe.com for the EMEA region, collaborating with key partners, for Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud solutions for Enterprises.

SEO at Adobe is accelerating like never before and with the changing search environment this is an exciting time to be joining us! We are looking for an experienced SEO expert who can collaborate, is a self-starter, and a proficient storyteller.

The role blends strategy, content creation, content optimization, and analytics to improve search visibility across search engines and for next generation search and content discovery paradigms powered by generative AI

The right candidate will be at the forefront of redefining the SEO program and taking it to new heights with innovation, creativity and a growth mindset. You’ll be working in close partnership with Corp headquarters and EMEA regional team members – from program managers, designers, content publishers, marketers, demand channels and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a forward looking SEO and GEO strategy for business.adobe.com in EMEA, aligned with Corporate and regional business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and evolve SEO plans and roadmap to meet the changing landscape of search – including Generative AI driven discovery and LLM powered engines
  • Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis
  • Lead and educate colleagues on strategy development, SEO/GEO standards, keyword research processes and opportunity analyses
  • A hardworking, creative self-starter with an innovative attitude, with validated ability to successfully drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Socialize and champion an SEO content strategy among various cross-functional partners backed by data and forecasts
  • Represent clearly the EMEA SEO/ GEO strategy rally around executives, and partners, on key/critical aspects.
  • Provide periodic and regular updates to team members & key partners on project status, timelines, and results.
  • Keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape and balance several initiatives efficiently in parallel and shift priorities as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving measurable growth for large, complex, enterprise level websites
  • Understanding of B2B e-commerce strategy, marketing tactics and sales process.
  • English fluency required. Proficiency in written French and/or German is encouraged.
  • Search intent focus and a real passion for SEO
  • Solid understanding of strategies required to adapt to the evolving search landscapes with LLMs and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always evolving search industry.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization and site architecture
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. Defines and communicates the strategic priorities, roles and responsibilities vital to achieve a vision
  • Experience developing content strategy and familiarity with information architecture concepts preferred.
  • Experience with SEO testing for content effectiveness and making adjustments to achieve business outcomes (e.g., traffic goals, page performance, search visibility, citation improvement, etc.)
  • Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in SEO content documentation, writing detailed JIRA tickets and setting standards for rolling out content onto the website. Familiarity with JIRA and Workfront is a plus.
  • Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, and LLM visibility tracking tools to glean valuable insights and findings from data.
  • Capable of prioritizing across multiple ad hoc requests and balancing as needed. Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
