Job Description

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients. Reporting to our SEO Director, you will manage technical SEO programs, guiding a team of SEO professionals, and collaborating with teams to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals, encompassing technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building projects.

  • Lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings.

  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, providing recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.

  • Use data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for reporting.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of learning and professional development.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in web technologies, including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware, and front-end frameworks, and their impact on SEO performance.

  • Ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

  • Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members.
