At Flooid, we build technology that powers complex retail commerce environments. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to help our teams deliver, collaborate and continuously improve.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll lead Agile delivery across multiple teams, coaching and influencing at both team and leadership level. Core responsibilities include running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. You will use your experience to mentor other Scrum Masters in our team.

This is more than a facilitation role. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Agile works at Flooid, partnering closely with Product and Software Engineering leaders to align delivery with business outcomes and support smooth delivery cycles.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, supporting high‑quality, scalable product delivery
  • Facilitate (or oversee facilitation of) Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
  • Drive continuous improvement using meaningful delivery data such as cycle time, throughput and WIP
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to improve estimation discipline, flow, quality and delivery confidence
  • Identify risks, dependencies and systemic blockers early, tackling root causes rather than symptoms
  • Support cross‑team alignment through Scrum of Scrums, release planning and risk reviews
  • Build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide clear, data‑driven updates to senior leaders
  • Champion experimentation, learning and change across the engineering organisation
  • Support the Software Engineering managers in evolving and scaling Flooid’s Agile delivery model
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and emerging delivery leaders

Requirements

You’re an experienced servant leader who brings clarity, calm and momentum to complex environments. You’re confident working with knowledgeable stakeholders, skilled at coaching teams at different stages of maturity, and passionate about helping people and systems perform at their best. You bring your personality to the business.

Required experience:

  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle
  • Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent Agile qualification)
  • Proven success coaching multiple teams, ideally in a complex or scaled environment
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills
  • A data‑driven mindset, with experience improving delivery performance using metrics
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders and contributing to delivery strategy
  • A solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automation
  • Experience mentoring or line‑managing Scrum Masters or delivery roles

It would be great if you have any of these experiences:

  • Experience working in retail, supply chain or high‑availability enterprise systems
  • Experience in mentoring or line-managing Scrum Masters or delivery roles
  • Project or programme management experience or certifications
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling and modern engineering culture principles
