We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with Salesforce and/or Certinia experience to join our Revenue Excellence Delivery team in London.
As a Revenue Excellence consultant, you will be the project lead and primary design owner of related deliverables.
 

The role 

  • Build a world-class solution design strategy and action plan for each client engagement. 
  • Lead a variety of workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and design sessions. 
  • Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps. 
  • Lead a team of Consultants and Analysts to build your designed Salesforce or Certinia solution. 
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships by understanding our client’s needs and requirements, aligning them with our best-in cloud solutions to achieve their goals. 
  • Lead customer engagements, or work alongside a PM, to manage project budget and profitability, delivery schedules, and overall quality of the solution. 
  • Advise clients on the industry, Salesforce, and CPQ best practices to drive process transformation. 
  • Support pre-sales and internal continuous process improvement initiatives. 
  • Assist the practice lead in the evolution and refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices, 

You have 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Lead, Solution Architect, or Lead Business Analyst role. 
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrator or Developer in Salesforce Sales or Service. 
  • 3+ years in Salesforce Quote to Cash/Salesforce Billing, preferably in an Administrator, Consultant, or Sales Ops user role. 
  • 3+ years of experience in user acceptance test planning and execution 
  • Proven ability to manage projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, or Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud certified.
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Certinia experience and certification are a plus
  • Docusign CLM experience and certification is a plus
