Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Program Manager to play a critical role in driving the successful execution of sales initiatives and commercial programs across Europe, India and MENA. This role is 90% project/program management and 10% sales/business development, ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client interaction.

You’ll serve as a close partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, collaborating with regional and global teams to keep commercial projects on track, drive key deliverables, and ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead cross-functional execution of sales programs and initiatives in coordination with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams.

· Drive progress of high-priority sales opportunities from qualification through deal close. Track milestones, maintain documentation, and manage timelines.

· Act as a commercial liaison between the CCO, regional sales leaders, and internal stakeholders. Own follow-through on action items from meetings and reviews.

· Join sales calls or meetings as needed to provide program continuity or support early-stage business development efforts.

· Identify and implement ways to improve the commercial execution process, from proposal to close.

· Develop executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in sales program management, commercial operations, or technical project management within the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sector.

· Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and/or capital equipment sales.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

· Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities across regions and functions.

· Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global, remote environment

· Experience working directly with executive leadership, ideally in a matrixed organization

· Ability to travel occasionally (10–20%) across Europe and possibly to the U.S. or India

· Fluent in English; additional European language skills a plus

Preferred Experience

· Background in hydrogen, renewable energy, plant engineering or large-scale industrial equipment sales

· PMP or equivalent project management certification

· Familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics), MS Project, or similar tools
