Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) operates a global portfolio of lifestyle brands focused on creating places and experiences that bring people together. The company designs, develops, and operates hospitality-driven destinations to host gatherings of all kinds, ranging from small corporate meetings to immersive brand activations and beyond. We love bringing people together in person, and that passion for great experiences extends to our employees as well. If you're interested in creating inspiring moments of connection, consider joining our team.

We're seeking an International Sales Manager to join our Sales Team.

This role will drive net new leads and market expansion for CHG across the UK and Europe. Also, create, convert, and scale new strategic corporate revenue streams by building a deep portfolio of direct clients, developing material commercial insight on audiences + sectors, and opening up new monetisable use cases across the CHG portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, own, and grow a defined list of corporate and association targets across UK + European organisations.
  • Develop strong senior relationships directly with end clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their broader event spend + mix, brand, and business objectives.
  • Develop an aggregated insight of the audiences that matter most to CHG – profile, seniority, buyer type, and influence types. Map this against CHG’s existing business base to identify net new addressable opportunities.
  • Identify priority target sectors and industries for expansion and develop credible pan-European sector expertise. Actively contribute to CHG positioning and external thought leadership within those verticals.
  • Identify new revenue models and new use cases leveraging CHG’s property portfolio beyond classic daytime conferences (including off-peak events + hospitality).
  • Work closely with London CVB and wider business tourism and destination stakeholders to collaborate on relevant sales initiatives, campaigns and missions targeting key strategic markets + buyer groups.
  • When relevant, partner with core agencies (PCOs, DMCs) and the CHG sales team to maximise commercial value, protect continuity and unlock additional scale.
  • Operate as a lead generator, not a standalone closer. All qualified demand, briefs, leads, and RFPs generated by this role are handed to the relevant seller. This role remains involved for senior influence, strategic steer, and relationship continuity, but commercial conversion is executed through the core sales team.

What We Look For:

  • Proven international new business/hunter capability, with a strong track record of originating and developing high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Highly capable strategic, consultative sales approach. Able to diagnose client needs, shape solution thinking, and create differentiated commercial propositions.
  • Able to develop and articulate compelling value narratives at the senior / C-suite level.
  • Comfortable operating pan-European across multiple sectors and multiple buyer types, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Able to connect brand, audience, and commercial outcome value, not just sell physical event space.

We’re Here For You:

At Convene Hospitality Group, we want you to feel supported in every part of your life. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Health & Wellness: Private medical insurance, subsidised fitness and eye care, plus well-being and personal support programs. Because your well-being matters, inside and outside of work.
  • Time Off & Balance: 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and company sick pay.
  • Financial Benefits: Bonus scheme, interest-free loans for rail travel or further education, and a Cycle to Work program. We invest in you so you can grow personally and professionally.
  • Growth & Recognition: Career development opportunities and programs to celebrate your achievements.
  • Community & Impact: Volunteer, donate, and make a real impact through your work.

At Convene Hospitality Group, we believe great teams are built by bringing together people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Our values of GRIT (Genuine, Relentless, Integrity, and Teamwork) shape how we show up for each other every day. We want everyone here to feel welcome, supported, and free to be themselves. If you’re excited to grow, learn, and make an impact, we’d love to have you on the team.

Convene Hospitality Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
