Job Description

What a Senior Manager of VAS Europe Sales and Commercial Operations does at Visa:

The Senior Manager of VAS Europe Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, transformation projects to drive our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with regional Value-Added Services (VAS) other functional leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures. 

Responsibilities

Support individual pipeline reviews & updates and VAS monthly AANR outlooks.

Support quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline forecasting and goal creation with Sales Leadership and Finance

MSO (Multi-Year Strategic Outlook) support.

Quota setting and working with comp team to align plans and quotas at individual level and support any queries.

Partner with Sales Ops Support to simplify operations and drive consistency and efficiencies in the Sales process.

Support on QBR/MBR preparation for various internal updates. 7. Signed Not Live and Deal Performance tracking, reporting & driving revenue acceleration through aligning resolution plans with Sales & other functions.

Support collections effort in region to improve cashflow.

Sales planning and territory management.

AANR governance and application of appropriate process/policy.

Ad-hoc projects including analysis for revenue driving initiatives.

This position will support the global sales function of our Visa Value Added Services (VAS) organization, which is a USD 8Bn + revenue portfolio. You will be part of a high-impact sales & commercial operations team responsible for empowering the next chapter of growth for Visa.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

At least 7-10 years of work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix organization, including collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at different levels.
Must be results-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
Strong working knowledge of CRM (MSFT Dynamics), MSFT Excel/Power Point and Tableau
Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry, its products, services and technologies would be beneficial but not a necessity.
Interest and intellectual curiosity regarding the global financial system, as well as FinTech and business models
