The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, our Sr. Sales Operations Manager will act as a Business Partner to the global sales leadership, and provide assistance to the Sales team and stakeholders while adhering to, and enhancing, corporate policies, programs, and systems.

Your mission is to connect people, processes, and data. You are an ideal candidate if you think two steps ahead, are a true team player keen to support deals to closure, and can work under pressure without losing sight of the details and business guidelines.

Your Mission:

  • Continuously analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving
  • Act as a strategic partner to front-line leadership, providing insights and guidance to align operational objectives with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and driving initiatives that enhance performance and achieve key business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation and liaison between teams, facilitating issue resolution, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless communication to drive effective problem-solving and maintain operational continuity
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, including forecasting, account planning, reporting, training programs, and other operational functions, to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and ensure successful execution of key objectives
  • Act as an ad-hoc resource for managing strategic operational projects aimed at scaling and modernizing the organization, delivering innovative solutions that align with long-term business objectives and drive sustainable growth

What you need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of sales operations, revenue operations or related experience, preferably with a scale-up technology company selling solutions and services in a recurring revenue business model
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel are essential, including advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and charting. Skills with VBA or macros are not required
  • Salesforce.com experience, specifically with creating reports and dashboards, championing data quality, and opportunity hygiene
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently aim for excellence while effectively managing projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery

Nice to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack (such as productivity, intelligence, forecasting, etc)
  • Basic coding skills
