The role

We are looking for senior sales negotiator for our busy and expanding Hyde Park office. The successful candidate must have a proactive approach to winning new business and providing the highest level of customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and registering new applicants.
  • Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic, establishing trust, and building long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings.
  • Canvassing for new properties.
  • Negotiating offers on behalf of all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome.
  • Progressing sales from offer to completion.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace.
  • Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assisting on valuations.
  • Achieving daily and weekly KPI targets.
  • Day to day running of the office.
  • Working collaboratively across all departments and referring business where necessary.
  • Assisting the Hyde Park Sales team to exceed their annual target.

Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets – individual and team.
  • The ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
  • The ability to build rapport and develop long standing relationships.
  • The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Vebra (not essential).
