Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role at Codurance by driving new business growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in our defined target markets. You will use a consultative, insight-driven approach to identify opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and lead deals through the full sales cycle to close.
You’ll be selling our expert teams of software developers, platform engineers, analysts, UX designers, and product managers. We deliver high-quality software engineering, platform solutions, and technical consulting.
Our work ranges from short discovery workshops to long-term projects like modernizing legacy systems, building new features, and creating full products. Projects can last anywhere from a few weeks to several years.
You will work closely with our Sales Development Representative, and Campaign Managers to create and nurture opportunities that lead to meaningful client relationships and successful project deliveries. This role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and technology.
Working location: Hybrid commutable to Leeds, Manchester or London (Travel to client offices as required)

Salary: £70k-£100k
Bonus: 2% of all revenue attributable to your contracts, uncapped for the first year of the account.
- 8 + years proven track record in B2B sales of which 2 + within technology consulting or software development.
- Ability to build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders. Such as CTO’s and Head of Software Engineering.
- Experience applying consultative solution selling methodologies to drive revenue and close deals.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business challenges and position Codurance’s value effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex sales cycles involving multiple teams within Codurance and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates an interest in technology, software development, or consulting and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive New Business Growth – Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients to grow Codurance’s client base.
- Leverage Networks & Partnerships – Utilise your existing network and our partner ecosystem to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, professional services, delivery, and operations to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Lead the Sales Process – Develop compelling business proposals and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Represent Codurance’s Brand – Be a key ambassador, participating in events and supporting sales strategy development.
- Optimise Sales Strategy – Provide market insights, customer feedback, and recommendations to refine our approach.
- Maintain CRM & Reporting – Keep HubSpot updated with prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
