At myroadsurfer, you’ll play a pioneering role in building and owning our campervan sales market in the UK. You will be instrumental in establishing a strong local presence while working closely with our headquarters in Munich and UK-based stations. This is your chance to lay the groundwork for a sustainable growth strategy and become a key driver of our success in the UK.
Your mission is clear: prepare the field for exponential growth by leveraging our hybrid sales model, fostering local customer relationships, and setting new benchmarks for campervan sales in the UK. The role - your passion
Market Development: Take full ownership of the UK campervan sales market by developing strategies, building customer trust, and establishing our presence as a market leader.
Collaboration with HQ: Work closely with our Munich headquarters and UK stations to ensure alignment with our European growth strategy while addressing local market needs.
Hybrid Sales Execution: Combine remote sales efforts with on-site customer engagements at stations and during key Sales Days, delivering an exceptional purchase experience.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tailored sales initiatives to grow our UK market share, including partnerships and customer acquisition strategies.
Customer Engagement: Advise customers on campervan options, financing, and the purchasing process while ensuring a seamless and personalized journey.
Event Participation: Represent roadsurfer at major European trade shows to showcase our brand and connect with potential partners.
What you need to surf the wave with us
Proven Expertise: A strong track record in senior sales or business development roles, ideally within the automotive, campervan, or outdoor industries.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with the drive and ambition to build a market from the ground up. You thrive in a pioneering role and excel at executing growth strategies.
Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the UK campervan market, consumer trends, and the unique needs of local customers.
Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can work effectively with international colleagues and align local strategies with European goals.
Travel Readiness: Regular travel across the UK for on-site customer interactions and Sales Days, with occasional trips to Europe for major trade shows or events.
