Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager (Corporate & Gifting) plays a critical role in driving growth across Therabody’s

corporate business. This is a commercially focused sales role within the international business, combining new

customer acquisition with the development and expansion of an established corporate customer base.

The role is suited to a results-driven sales professional who is comfortable proactively building relationships,

opening new conversations, and converting opportunities into long-term, premium B2B customer relationships.

You will be responsible for growing a strong pipeline of new corporate clients while maximising value from existing customers, positioning Therabody as a category-leading solution for employee wellbeing, rewards, recognition, and high-impact gifting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new Corporate B2B and Corporate Gifting opportunities across key industries and customer segments.
  • Own and grow an established portfolio of corporate customers, driving repeat business, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle across both new and existing customers, from initial outreach and opportunity development through to negotiation and close.
  • Leverage an existing professional network while continuing to expand reach through proactive outreach and relationship development.
  • Position Therabody as a premium solution for corporate gifting, employee wellbeing, rewards, incentives, onboarding, and recognition programmes.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a strong focus on consistent activity, deal progression, and conversion.
  • Deliver engaging, outcome-focused sales presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that meet revenue, margin, and volume targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to support gifting campaigns, seasonal peaks, and customer activations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and provide clear visibility on pipeline performance and revenue delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Corporate B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development and account growth.
  • Proven success managing and expanding existing corporate customer relationships while winning new-logo business.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into corporate environments, ideally including corporate gifting, rewards, incentives, or employee wellbeing solutions.
  • Experience selling premium or high-consideration products or services into B2B organisations.
  • Strong understanding of corporate buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to work from the London office a minimum of two days per week.
