What will I be doing?

As the Senior Sales Manager for Central Europe, you are an exceptional sales leader and strategic thinker tasked with driving the next phase of Kaluza’s growth. You will play a hands-on, high-impact role in driving revenue growth by leading major enterprise deals, developing new markets, and building high-value relationships with senior decision-makers.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales and business development for Kaluza’s platform within Central Europe.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify, pursue, and close high-value SaaS deals, building a strong sales pipeline in Central Europe and beyond.
  • Executive Relationships: Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key prospects, positioning Kaluza as the partner of choice.
  • GTM Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies for the region, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • End-to-End Cycle Ownership: Take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, from early engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Value Proposition: Develop compelling value propositions and commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of Central European clients.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with pre-sales, sales operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic sales initiatives.
  • Market Presence: Represent Kaluza at industry events, conferences, and key forums, elevating our brand and positioning in the region.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance our market footprint.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence and insights to shape product strategy and commercial decision-making.

About You

You are a strategic thinker and experienced technical sales player with a track record of winning enterprise deals. You are adept at navigating complex, long-sales-cycle environments and are passionate about driving B2B SaaS growth.

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • Enterprise Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep energy industry expertise or a strong personal interest in energy, with the ability to articulate how your experience translates.
  • Senior Influence: Proven success in building executive relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Growth Mindset: Experience leading or contributing to go-to-market strategies in scaling businesses.
  • Commercial Acumen: Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance strategic long-term partnerships with short-term revenue goals.
