Drive revenue by selling IBSi offerings (summits, awards, memberships, Galaxy platform). Identify and convert leads across FinTech, consulting, PE/VC, and banks in UK/EU. Manage pipeline (CRM), nurture client relationships, coordinate with marketing and delivery, attend industry events, and feed client needs into product development.
Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Business
Development Executive based in the UK with 3–5 years of proven experience in driving
sales growth and client engagement. Candidate will be responsible for selling IBSi’s
flagship offerings. The role requires a
good understanding of IBS Intelligence products, account mapping, and
opportunity identification and market research.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Revenue
Generation & Pipeline Ownership
- Responsible
for driving revenue growth / sales of IBSi’s key offerings including summit
sponsorships, awards packages, lab memberships, and the IBSi Galaxy platform,
among others.
- Business
Development & Market Expansion
- Identify,
qualify, and convert new business opportunities across primarily FinTechs,
Consulting Firms, Investment Firm (PE/VC) and Banks/FIs in UK & EU.
- Lead
pre-sales discussions with firms and pass on to IBSi Sales leadership teams
across key markets (India/ME among others)
- Client
Relationship Management
- Build and
nurture long-term relationships with relevant stakeholders, decision-makers,
and influencers in the fintech & banking ecosystem.
- Maintain and
deepen relationships with existing and past IBSi UK / EU clients through
regular engagement.
- Sales
Strategy & Reporting
- Attend
external industry events to network with organisations and identify new
prospects.
- Develop and
maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools; report weekly progress and forecasts
to management.
- Stay informed
on fintech innovations and competitor activities, Internal
Collaboration
- Work closely
with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
- Coordinate
with delivery/research teams to ensure proposal & output quality
- Feedback
client needs into product/research development
Qualifications and relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in selling either software, services to
banks, fintechs, consulting firms and other investment firms.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. Postgraduates are
welcome.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building
long-term partner relationships.
- Willingness to travel within UK/EU to engage with clients and for
events.
- FinTech,
Financial Services, or Technology sectors knowledge/experience will be an added
benefit
