ABOUT US:

Sportradar is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world. We provide cutting-edge solutions and services to media companies, bookmakers, sports federations and state authorities. At Sportradar we've experienced a period of sustained hypergrowth due to a highly focused strategy. One of the cornerstones of this success is our streaming services for 150+ betting and media companies across the globe delivering an unmatched amount of LIVE sports events. Sportradar is currently looking to recruit an experienced sales representative to grow our Audiovisual business in Europe.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • This role will drive independent sales activities for our streaming portfolio of content and products.
  • Present and pitch streaming opportunities to existing clients throughout Europe, negotiate deals, and upsell and cross-sell new content and products.
  • Oversee relationship management and support for existing clients.
  • Be part of Sportradar s global Audiovisual team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape European´s accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to better exploit existing products and sports media rights.
  • Actively engage in the European betting ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain a deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders.
  • Communicate the streaming strategy to external and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Support and consult product teams to optimize the products from a sales perspective
  • Be a fully dedicated AV point of contact for your portfolio of customer accounts and ensure accurate reporting on all administrative and supportive sales activities, e.g. Salesforce, Finance or Business Planning and Intelligence topics
  • Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings


ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven professional experience in sales or key account management, ideally within the media and betting industry.
  • Demonstrated success pitching new business and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the sports betting eco-system.
  • Passionate about business analysis and data-driven proposals.
  • A broad international network within the sports betting industry would be a great plus.
  • Good MS Office Applications skills, especially Excel and already certain experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German.
  • Passionate about sports.
