Lead and close new business across international markets while managing and coaching a four-person sales team. Own full sales cycle, exceed revenue targets, optimize conversion and pipeline reporting, collaborate with growth and regional teams, and represent the company at events.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Player Manager) to drive new business growth while supporting a small team of Sales Executives.
This is a player manager role where you'll spend most of your time building your own pipeline, winning new business, and closing deals across international markets. Alongside your individual contribution, you'll coach and support the team, helping them improve performance and achieve their targets.

What you will be doing:
- Own the results of the global team - inside and outbound sales.
- Build and manage your own pipeline across international markets, from prospecting to closing.
- Consistently exceed individual revenue targets.
- Ensure your team of indise Seals Executives deliver on their own targets and goals.
- Coach and support your team of four Sales Executives through regular feedback, deal reviews, and mentoring.
- Identify and pursue high value opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers.
- Tailor proposals and presentations to meet each prospect's needs.
- Work closely with the Growth team to improve commercial performance and sales strategy.
- Represent Houst at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience with inbound and outbound sales or a high-volume commercial environment
- Strong track record as an individual sales performer, with the credibility to lead from the front
- Experience managing, coaching and developing a small team to deliver against targets
- Highly confident working with performance data, sales metrics and conversion funnels
- Able to present data and insights in a coherent, commercially meaningful way
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with regional teams, marketing and wider commercial stakeholders
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Positive, driven and highly accountable, with the energy to motivate others

- You have experience in property, travel, hospitality, marketplace or tech-enabled service businesses
- You’ve worked in an international or multi-market sales environment
- You have experience improving inbound lead conversion and sales process performance
