Job Description

Sportradar, a global leader in digital sports services, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive, Media for EMEA to drive the new business growth of our Global Media in Europe selling to broadcasters, brands and agencies.

As a pioneering force in sports data and audiovisual services, Sportradar provides cutting-edge solutions to media companies, bookmakers, sports federations, and government authorities worldwide. In recent years, we've significantly expanded our data offerings to media organizations across the United States and are now focused on scaling this success internationally. Our goal is to build deeper partnerships with media organizations, broadcasters, sports leagues, and brands, leveraging our comprehensive data coverage, innovative product enhancements, and a dynamic new sales team to capture significant market share.

THE CHALLENGE: 

  • Drive new business sales activities and identify opportunities with broadcasters and media brands in EMEA. 
  • Present and pitch opportunities to existing clients throughout Europe. 
  • Execute go-to-market strategies, manage the full sales cycle, identify new accounts, and penetrate the market with Sportradar's broadcast and media offerings. 
  • Interact with key players, establish key relationships, and gain a deep understanding of the needs of all stakeholders. 
  • Travel and attend industry events and customer meetings to build strong connections. 
  • Track and monitor all activities within Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting. 

ABOUT YOU: 

  • First proven new business development experience in a quota-carrying position. 
  • Proven experience in outreach to new prospects and converting them into new opportunities. 
  • Strong focus on new business development. 
  • Experience in selling technical solutions to broadcasters and media brands. 
  • Proven track record of selling six-figure deals and the ability to sell complex solutions. 
  • Self-motivated with a deep understanding and passion for the sports industry. 
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in German is a bonus) 
  • Ability to network and establish key relationships both internally and externally.

  • Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills.
