The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-growing commercial organisation and build a world-class enablement programme that equips our global sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to win in market.

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Intelligence and Enablement, you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities to upskill our teams, streamline processes, foster collaboration, and accelerate performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an effective sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Partner with our Learning & Org Development team to build a comprehensive onboarding programme that supports new joiners and accelerates their ramp-up time.
  • Design and implement a training programme that continuously develops talent across our sales organisation, providing regular coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Update and refine our commercial playbook to reflect our ever-evolving ways of working, ensuring it’s a one source of truth and ‘go-to’ asset.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and implement best practices that boost productivity and effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of our CRM, sales tools and Revenue Intelligence Platform (Salesforce, Seismic and Gong) to increase data quality, accessibility to retailer information, and enable accurate performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with our Product Marketing team to create and manage sales content such a pitch decks, battle-cards, and competitive intelligence materials to ensure the sales team have the resources they need to win in market.
  • Track the impact of sales enablement activities and pivot focus as needed to increase effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, within a B2B sales environment.
  • Successful experience in building, presenting and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
  • Experience in creating effective training programmes for global sales teams, to be delivered in person and virtually.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • A proficient user of Salesforce and MS PowerPoint is a must. Experience with Gong and Seismic preferred.
  • A highly personable and collaborative approach, but you’re also comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger.
  • Proven experience using data to measure impact and identify further areas for optimisation.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
