A proactive approach to communication, project management, and strategic thinking is essential for this role, along with the ability to partner successfully with cross-functional, global teams.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute revenue enablement programs related to onboarding, skill development, industry knowledge, and ongoing education to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
  • Create and deliver training content in multiple formats to educate customer-facing teams on Quantcast’s solutions, digital advertising trends, programmatic platforms, measurement & analytics, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Equip sales teams with effective content, playbooks, and competitive intelligence to navigate a rapidly evolving adtech landscape.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement programs relative to the company’s larger business goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring a seamless knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends that impact digital advertising, providing guidance on how they influence sales strategies.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 5 years Sales Enablement experience in adtech and/or media sales, SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Ability to understand and respond to the challenges of GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger).
