We’ve built the essential tool for anyone wanting to understand and work with the UK’s private companies. Now we’re looking to scale this across Europe. The opportunity ahead of us is huge, and we’re looking for a highly-skilled lead creator to help us unlock it.

This isn’t your typical SDR role, which is why the title has also evolved to be a BDM. This is a pioneering role within our AE team, to set up a dedicated outbound lead channel. We’re looking for a trailblazer business development professional who is exceptional at high-quality outreach to senior people at established companies and who wants to perfect their prospecting craft.

We’re on a mission to become the essential tool for anyone wanting to understand and work with the UK & Germany’s private companies – which, as it turns out, is quite a lot of people! We need someone to grow our sales pipeline, and target the £ millions of untapped value left across the 20+ industries we support.

We have a world-class outbound process and this will be the first time we will have a senior role dedicated entirely to that outbound work. We have a fully developed tech stack and a proven, MEDDIC-led sales methodology. We target senior decision-makers in companies from SME through to enterprise level from all industries, running highly personalised outreach and deep, consultative conversations.

Your role will be to own outbound prospecting, book high-quality meetings, and help us drive new business. In the medium-long term we’d also like you to treat this as your own initiative and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to developing and with success - growing the function.

🥖 The roleYour day-to-day will include:

📞 Targeted outreach – Crafting and executing personalised cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers.

🎯 Strategic, consultative sales – Understanding complex business challenges and demonstrating how our data solves them.

🔍 Deep research – Identifying and approaching the right prospects, ensuring outreach is highly relevant and effective.

💡 Strategic input – As an early hire in the outbound team, you’ll help shape processes and best practices as we scale.

This is not an entry-level SDR role. We need someone who can hit the ground running, thrives on autonomy, and is ready to drive serious revenue impact from day one.

🫵 About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a proven track record in outbound sales – 2+ years of experience as an SDR selling a complex product to senior decision-makers. You can point to your success.
  • Are a lifelong learner of sales – You actively develop your craft through books, podcasts, or by learning from the best in the industry.
  • Can run sophisticated, intelligent outreach – This isn’t a role for generic cold calling. You need to be smart, consultative, and strategic in your approach.
  • Are naturally engaging and persuasive – You’re great with people, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at handling different personalities.
  • Thrive under pressure and setbacks – You’re resilient, learn fast, and bounce back quickly.
  • (Bonus) Speak German – Not a deal-breaker, but would be a plus if you can also support our next market launching this year!
