    Partner with the best

    As a Senior Sales & Commercial Learning Leader, you will provide expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. In your role, you will be responsible for:

    • Partnering with VP Sales & Commercial, Business Unit/Growth Area Sales & Commercial Leaders, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to assess and develop world-class sales and commercial talent.

    • Developing sales and commercial competencies, skills, curriculum, and deployment of a variety of learning programs globally.

    • Enhancing sales and commercial employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.

    • Identifying and assessing training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance results, and consultation with key stakeholders.

    • Evaluating training effectiveness and determine improvements to the learning process.

    • Meeting sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing and managing an annual budget.

    • Managing the ASPIRE Sales & Commercial development program and talent, overseeing the overall program governance, rotation planning, hiring plans, off-program placement, and talent development.

    • Partnering with Business Unit/Growth Area Leaders, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to drive recruitment and development of early career pipeline.

    • Updating job knowledge by participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications and participating in professional organizations.

    Fuel your passion

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

    • Have 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and/or Training with progressively increasing scope and responsibility.

    • Demonstrate success with large scale sales training development and delivery in industrial/technical company.

    • Have previous experience leading people and influencing in complex global and cross-functional organizations.

    • Show the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.

    • Have excellent communication skills working internally and externally across multiple levels, disciplines, and regions; be able to clearly communicate complex information in easy-to-understand manner; be able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.

    • Have strong project management skills with ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

    • Have certifications in training delivery and/or commercial sales programs.
