- Work with management team to achieve established sales and productivity goals
- Assisting in maintaining store appearance and good working condition
- Greet customers and provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Address customer questions and resolve customer complaints ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Maintain awareness of products and all promotions and advertisements
- Attend mandatory monthly store meetings
