The People Team is responsible for the development of Industry leading people strategies. It is a future-oriented function with a focus on attraction and engagement of the best talent to drive growth and innovation in the world of sports and technology. 


Reporting to the SVP – Total Rewards, you will be working on the implementation of the reward strategy, delivering, and operating the reward framework and process for the Commercial, Growth and Corporate Function divisions.

This position will have a broad reward responsibility to support the business on reward matters, including compensation benchmarking for global locations, reward analytics to assist reward strategy review, project management of reward initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders globally.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Conduct job leveling and market pricing benchmarking, in partnership with People Partners and business managers.
  • Build compensation packages and tools for Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners’ needs for new hires, promotions, and/or relocation's cases
  • Bring value to People processes with fast and quality reward intelligence.
  • Build and sustain collaborative stakeholder management relationships at multiple levels and functions across the organization.
  • Coordinate annual merit cycle across the divisions.
  • Maintain key metrics and measurements for total reward programs effectiveness.
  • Deliver global reward programs to individual business units
  • Consult and train key internal stakeholders on total reward programs.
  • Provide additional support on all reward items as required.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor´s degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field 
  • Highly analytical and numeric, with strong Microsoft Excel skill
  • Embrace cultural and individual differences
  • Able to navigate through resistance to change and conflict to achieve resolution
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Worked across borders in virtual teams
  • Culturally sensitive and aware
  • Understand the importance of linking HR strategy to organizational strategy
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with sales teams and sales commission plans
  • Experience with the running of Global Mobility programs
