Senior Reward Manager

Location - London

We are seeking a EMEA Senior Reward Manager to join the team. You will provide strategic guidance on reward equity and bonus policy development, ensuring compliance and efficient process design, particularly for internationally mobile employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise business leaders on reward and benefit policy development, process implementation, and payroll compliance.
  • To lead clients on the annual salary and bonus review process
  • Manage or participate in projects to operationalise the reward strategy or develop solutions
  • Support colleagues in the People team to enable them to make decisions and resolve complex issues / cases through data analysis and present effectively to the People team and the business to lead to sound decisions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our reward proposition and delivery, backed up with market intelligence / data driven insights
  • Market analysis for salary ranges, bonus targets and equity guideline. Involvement in pay equity and statutory reporting across EMEA.
  • Deliver cross-border tax and social security compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology to optimise processes.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Minimum 5 – 6+ years Proven experience in reward and benefits, gained in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets. 
  • Experience in pay benchmarking, job grading and recognition
  • Excellent data management skills with proven experience of providing analytical support to HR and internal stakeholders/ clients
  • Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, Power BI is preferred as well.
  • Experience with benefits management preferred
  • Global mobility experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer and client relationship skills, committed to delivering high standards of service.
