The Role

The Revenue Systems team manages and utilises a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Travelperk's most important operational issues. We are seeking a highly skilled and process-oriented Senior GTM/Revenue Systems Manager with significant experience in the SaaS B2B space. As a Senior GTM/Revenue Systems Manager, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and manage our Salesforce and GTM tools roadmap. You will be responsible for tackling business-critical problems that can be solved by our enterprise technology stack and identifying new technology required to solve issues efficiently. You will ensure our Revenue tech stack is built for scale as we accelerate the growth of our Revenue team.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive the strategy for Salesforce as the source-of-truth CRM, including data strategy, instrumentation, governance, and alignment and lead a Salesforce Administrator team
  • Own and drive the strategy for the existing tech stack (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cognism/Apollo, Outreach, Gong, PartnerStack, Reveal, etc.). Evaluate redundancy, identify gaps, and build a scalable, long-term ecosystems roadmap
  • Build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements
  • Work with our Data team (Data Engineer and BI Developer) and Product team to build and manage our revenue data infrastructure and create a set up for AI automations
  • Manage, develop, coach, and mentor an existing team of subject matter experts in Salesforce and various productivity tools. Continue to build a best-in-class team
  • Ensure systems architecture is set up to drive cross-functional reporting requirements and ability to create effective dashboards in Salesforce or Looker
  • Regularly evaluate new RevOps technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency
  • Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Revenue Leadership and RevOps teams on process development, alignment, and automation
  • Manage complex integrations across all revenue systems and leverage strong sales operations skills (including forecasting, modelling, planning and budgeting) to build the right solutions in the revenue systems
  • Partner with TechOps, Security, and BizOps teams for tool evaluation and assessments, onboarding, integration, development, and change management
  • Partner with Enablement to create and disseminate tech/tools training

What Will You Need

  • Extensive experience in GTM/Revenue systems and business process operations in the B2B SaaS space
  • Extensive experience managing Salesforce (administrator and developer)
  • Experience in building and managing high-growth teams, with a proven track record of coaching and developing team members for growth opportunities
  • Expert proficiency in core revenue teck stack technologies such as Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Outreach, Cognism/Apollo, Gong, etc.
  • Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view
  • Strong project management expertise in business process alignment and tools implementation
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to concisely explain complex cross-functional processes
  • Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
