You will work closely with the Pharma Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure our commercial systems, processes, and reporting structures are optimized to support predictable and scalable revenue growth.

In this role, you will report to the Director, Revenue and Finance (Denise says hi) and you will take ownership of our revenue operations ecosystem and act as the internal expert for CRM architecture, commercial data governance, and revenue analytics. HubSpot serves as the operational backbone of our commercial organization, and this role will ensure the platform continues to evolve and scale with the growth and complexity of the business.

This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data, and technology, ensuring that leadership has the insights and operational infrastructure needed to drive predictable revenue growth across an expanding global portfolio of programs and clients.

Geographic Requirement: This role is open to candidates in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) or United Kingdom (remote).

What you'll do in this role:
  • Own and continuously improve the architecture, governance, and performance of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, integrations, and reporting frameworks.

  • Act as the internal HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform is optimized to support the evolving needs of the commercial organization and can scale as the business grows.

  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes across the funnel, including pipeline management, deal tracking, attribution, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Partner closely with the Pharma Partnerships team to ensure pipeline data is accurate, consistent, and provides meaningful insight into deal health and commercial performance.

  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance, revenue drivers, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Own and continuously improve the revenue forecasting process by translating pipeline data into reliable revenue projections in collaboration with Finance.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving CRM usability, commercial processes, automation, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Establish strong data governance within the CRM environment, including data integrity standards, process documentation, and best practices for system usage.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on revenue data definitions, reporting structures, and operational workflows.

  • Support the continued development of the Revenue Operations function by helping establish scalable operational standards and best practices.

What you bring to the table:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role.

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM is essential. You have extensive hands-on experience designing CRM structures, building workflows and automations, managing integrations, and developing advanced reporting within HubSpot.

  • Experience building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Experience building revenue dashboards, pipeline reporting frameworks, and forecasting models.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and implement scalable systems that support revenue growth.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and finance teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to managing operational complexity.

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biopharma environments is a plus.

What we offer:
  • Serve a purposeful mission: helping patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments

  • International work environment, scale-up energy, and flat organization

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity

  • Great career development opportunities in a growing company

  • Learning and development budget, alongside internal knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by us

  • Hybrid work model

  • Policies to support working parents

  • Healthy lunch at the office

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp

  • We celebrate freedom every year with an added holiday for Liberation Day on the 5th of May
