If you thrive in an analytical environment, enjoy influencing senior leaders, and take pride in building models that drive operational excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or resource modelling within an operational environment.

  • Variance Governance: Conduct in‑depth Forecast‑vs‑Actual analyses to identify behavioural or performance shifts requiring model recalibration.
  • Strategic Reporting: Produce high‑level planning packs that outline recruitment needs, attrition trends, operational risks, and key workforce insights for senior management.
  • Model Integrity: Safeguard the structure, accuracy, and version control of Excel‑based resource planning tools to ensure reliability and consistency.
