About the team:

 

Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative quantitative brand equity tracking market research techniques.


The Major Tracking Programs team is part of our Europe Custom Research division, and partners with colleagues in Operations, Analytics and Data divisions. The global Major Tracking programs the team supports involve highly innovative methods (including AI tools) and outputs for the clients, informing real-time strategic decision-making.


The programs are multi-year and cover multiple markets and therapy areas, with each therapy area having its own project team for delivery. The central team focuses on coordinating resources, research materials, questionnaires and deliverables across each indication, as well as bringing in expertise in analytics, dashboard development and automation.


Your primary role:


  • Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of quantitative brand equity tracking programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and actionable insights.
  • With input from your manager, you will be writing questionnaires, testing survey links, and ensuring data integrity throughout the research process.
  • You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and insights.
  • You will interrogate the findings, helping to craft compelling presentations alongside senior team members.
  • You will have a strong focus on specific therapeutic areas and collaborate directly with the client to support their brand planning and strategic development.
  • You will also play a key role in supporting the Director in running workshops, helping client teams translate research insights into strategic brand development and decision-making.
  • Your job may also involve mentoring and managing junior team members, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

About You…

 

Your skills and experience:


  • More than 2 years of experience in primary quantitative market research (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working on large-scale quantitative research projects (such as brand trackers, or syndicated projects)
  • Exposure to advanced analytics would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Passionate about working with emerging technologies (including AI) to deliver insights for clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
