We are a team of 25+ b2b market researchers based in Manchester, London and Germany. We value delivering world class insights to our clients to enable them to make better decisions. We work on a range of projects… both qual and quant, tracking and ad-hoc and cover a huge range of topics including brand, customer needs, product/proposition development and market opportunities. 

A snapshot of a day in the life of a Senior Research Director: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As an important player, you’ll play a crucial role in business growth, the seamless execution of a variety of research projects and delivering actionable insights to clients. 

The role offers variety and will include: 

  • Lead main client accounts and research projects from start to finish. 

  • Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into impactful insights. 

  • Manage relationships with clients. 

  • Write winning proposals for all clients and pitching. 

  • Mentor team members enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities. 

  • Champion innovative methodologies, contributing to thought leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends. 

What you’ll bring: 

We’re seeking curious, ambitious individuals with the following experience and skills: 

  • Commercial market research experience: you will have at least 8+ years of experience in commercial market research 

  • Analytical mindset: a natural interest and desire to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations. 

  • Business / client development experience: ability to identify growth opportunities and nurture client relationships, designing research projects to answer client objectives.   

  • Experience across the full-research lifecycle: experience managing a range of market research projects ensuring the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.   

  • Exceptional communication skills:strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner.
