As our Senior Research Analyst you’ll:

As our Senior Research Analyst you’ll lead in the management of projects during all stages of the research process (client kick off, survey design to reporting). They will be responsible for working on projects using a range of research approaches. Our Senior analysts are the face of our research, and working directly with research partners and clients is integral to the role.
It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.


What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 A solid background in market research, ideally including time spent in a research agency or similarly fast-paced, client-facing insight role
👉 Expert at producing insight driven client deliverables, narrative based reporting with experience bringing data to life through storytelling
👉 Able to present succinctly and accurately, ensuring that points are understood as well as outlining questions/points to be addressed.
👉 Confident in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets, 
👉 Commercial acumen is essential, both understanding of client businesses and putting deliverables into a commercial context
👉 A passion for Sports with curiosity about fan behaviour and the evolving sports media and sponsorship landscape
