The Role:

The Senior Renewal/Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing renewal revenue for Recorded Future’s expanding customer base. The Senior Renewal/Account Representative must be efficient and accurate across a range of time-sensitive activities. In addition, they will work closely with Account Executives to assist with add-on business to their portfolio of accounts.

What you'll do as a Senior Renewal Specialist:

  • Manage customer accounts for renewal and retention
  • Must meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Negotiate, protect and grow renewal revenue stream within assigned territory
  • Drive on-time and accurate renewals by following internal processes and procedures
  • Generate and send quotes 90 days in advance that meet the customers requirements
  • Maintain consistent and accurate deal progression updates in SalesForce.com for all renewal opportunities in your territory from Quote to Close
  • Build relationships with internal teams and leverage those relationships to produce positive outcomes for the company and your customers
  • Identify risk early and work with internal teams such as Sales and Security Intelligence team to address customer issues and ensure full renewal
  • Periodically check in with customers throughout their subscription period to ensure the health and adoption of the account
  • Identify opportunities for growth (via up-sells and cross-sells) within the existing customers

What you'll bring to the Senior Renewals Specialist role:

  • You're coming from sales experience. This could be any form of corporate selling, including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, etc.
  • You have experience in a competitive sales-driven environment
  • You come from a track record of success and high achievement
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within position
  • Strong customer  management skills.  Ability to demonstrate strategic mindset to enable persuasive conversation with customers
  • SaaS or High Tech sales experience is preferred
  • Security Experience is a big plus but not a dealbreaker
  • Experience with Channel Sales and Direct Sales are both considered valuable as well
