As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, FSI EMEA, you will be the strategic lead driving pipeline generation across the FSI (Banking, Investment, and Insurance) sectors in EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will drive the strategic direction of the FSI marketing engine, aligning with Sales and Product Marketing to translate complex regulatory challenges into compelling market narratives. Your mission is to elevate the Workiva brand through sophisticated digital and live event strategies that resonate across the entire EMEA region. By combining industry vision with operational excellence, you will bridge pipeline gaps and accelerate revenue growth in this critical strategic sector.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with EMEA FSI organisation to build integrated marketing plans aligned with regional bookings targets

  • Act as the lead marketing orchestrator for in-region activation by collaborating with Regional Marketing Managers, Demand Gen, Customer Success and Product Marketing

  • Own FSI pipeline analytics independently by rigorously measuring the impact of programs on pipeline velocity and closed-won revenue

  • Partnering on specific campaign structures and messaging direction for digital and ABX teams to deploy across the FSI segment

  • Localise global narratives to address specific regional nuances such as UK SOX, EU ESG directives, and IFRS 17

  • Curate high-value executive experiences including roundtables and dinners to foster peer-to-peer networking among FSI decision-makers

  • Manage Workiva’s presence at major industry conferences

  • Drive internal enablement by managing FSI newsletters and coordinating sales assets via Highspot

  • Navigate a complex matrix organisation to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales priorities through influence rather than direct authority

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and regional strategy

  • Experience leading marketing initiatives specifically within the Financial Services Industry across EMEA markets

  • Track record of designing and delivering integrated campaigns and ABM programs for enterprise SaaS

  • Deep understanding of FSI buyer personas and the regulatory landscape within the EMEA region

  • Experience using marketing technology such as Salesforce and Marketo to inform data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Natural curiosity for the FSI landscape and an ability to spot the "buying signals" that matter to financial leaders

  • Knack for translating dense regulatory shifts into clear, relatable stories that help customers navigate change

  • Experience collaborating with external partners and industry associations to amplify brand reach within the financial community

  • Ability to manage internal communication flows and sales enablement tools to keep teams aligned and informed

  • Growth mindset with an eagerness to adopt new marketing tools and strategies in a fast-paced environment

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 25% travel for internal meetings, customer roundtables, and industry events

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
