We are currently seeking a Senior ARIS Consultant to join our team in the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of ARIS services in the region. Successful delivery involves meeting customer commitments around quality, time, and cost with the goal that customers get the best experience of using our products while meeting the project’s financial and operational targets.

Essential Functions:

  • End-to-end ownership of delivery of services in the region in the product line ARIS, high quality Professional Services consulting to new and existing ARIS customers.

  • Assess and guide our customers through their adoption journey. Encourage thought leadership on best use of our products and capabilities, navigating the pitfalls and leveraging the strengths.

  • Supporting our partner ecosystems to be successful.

  • Create a culture that rewards the creation of frameworks and best practices to help customers and partners quicker time-to-value.

  • Support the project managers to deliver on the margin sold as.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction from a delivery perspective.

  • React to changing customer requirements in a professional and flexible way.

  • Ensure success of focused ARIS BU initiatives such as Innovation projects, Solutions and Accelerators (Assets).

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant Business field.

  • 8 - 10 years of experience with ARIS and/or other BPM products.

  • Extensive experience in professional services, leading customer-facing projects.

  • Skilled in collaborating with large, global teams and working effectively in multicultural environments.

  • Proven expertise in delivery, with a strong understanding of ARIS or other BPM solutions, delivery methodologies, and various commercial models.  

  • Experienced in supporting, influencing, and driving product implementations for customers and partners.

  • Proficient in managing complex customer situations, addressing challenges from multiple angles, and maintaining a strong focus on customer success.

  • Experienced in engaging with and presenting compelling value propositions to C-level executives.

  • A proactive change agent, driving mindset shifts to help customers maximize their experience with our products.

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.

  • Personally committed to achieving team goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Proficient in developing deliverables for fixed-price proposals.

  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% or as required.
