The Opportunity

At Landmark we are embarking on an exciting journey to create the UK’s number one property platform. To achieve that we have a number of key deliveries that require management from inception to close. These deliveries have a wide range of scope, for example from supporting customer changes within our existing range of applications to internal projects related to infrastructure or Information Security.

Our PMO function supports all deliveries with a focus on ensuring timely delivery alongside regular and purposeful communication.  

As a Senior Project Manager you will have experience of setting up projects to succeed and the skills to manage senior stakeholder’s expectations (both internal and external to landmark).

You are likely to have experience of coaching and performance management of staff and the resilience to effectively manage any project escalations.

Your communication skills will be highly effective, helping you ensure disparate parts of the organisation come together to deliver the project objectives and understand their role and dependencies.

About you 

We are ideally looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the following:

  • Software Development practices
  • IT / Ops project delivery experience
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Customer project delivery
  • Other Project Management accreditation

And the following characteristics

  • You take ownership of deliveries from inception to release
  • You are able look for different approaches to ensure delivery to timescales
  • You are a pro-active and effective communicator
  • You support your project team and treat them with respect
  • You are able to highlight risks and provide suitable approaches to resolve / mitigate
  • You are empathetic, thoughtful and dedicated
  • You never stop learning
